Women and Business

Many women who are in the Baby Boomer age bracket decide to start their own business.  Something they have wanted to do for many years, they now believe it is the right time.  I am often asked what special issues women face when they commence their own business.

My response is always the same: women face the same challenges as any other business owner. All business managers have to be focused, ensure they have brilliant time management, plan and know that what they’re doing will bring them the results they want and constantly reflect to ensure they are on-track.
