Who Am I Without a Business Card?

Our business card is gone.  We feel naked as if our clothes have disappeared.  Giving up that rectangle-shaped piece of card stock is like giving up part of ourselves.
Often we have been asked, “May I have your card?” And how many times have we handed over our card, collected one in return and then added the new one to the stack on our desk? 

We have used business cards to network, develop new business and make an impression.  We keep them in our purses, briefcases, wallets and desks.  We store then in attractive cases so they don’t get bent.   We write something clever on the back to give people a reason to hold on to them.
