Tech Tip: Outlook - removing autofill email addresses

Ok, so first off what is an autofill address?
If you use Outlook when you start typing in the TO: Field (or CC / BCC), Outlook will start trying to match what you are typing to addresses you have previously used.
This seems very clever, but users can be confused by several things:
a) These addresses are not necessarily in the Address Book
b) Often they default to ones that are incorrect for what you are typing and you send to a wrong address inadvertently.
c) They seem impossible to get rid of.
Well, after continuing to send to admin@acustomer.com.au instead of admin@ireckon.com I had to find out how to clear some of these from my Autofill list.
