Is your screen running at its native resolution?

Depending on the size of your monitor, you may not be running the correct resolution for windows. Back in the days when CRT (those chunky heavy screens) were still common, it didn’t matter as much, as the text was clear on any resolution. However with the newer LCD (those thin and heavenly light screens) they are designed to run at a native resolution it was build for. For example
15” LCD screen, usually 1024 x 768 resolution
17” LCD screen, usually 1280 x 1024 resolution (1440 x 900 for widescreen)
19” LCD screen, usually 1280 x 1024 resolution (1440 x 900 for widescreen)
22” LCD screens, usually 1600 x 1200 resolution (1680 x 1050 for widescreen)
