Mini Thai Pork Sausage Rolls

Ingredients (makes 24)

  • 500g lean pork mince,
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 sheets frozen canola puff pastry, thawed and halved lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons low or reduced fat milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200’C.
  2. Put the pork mince, breadcrumbs, cumin, ground coriander, sweet chilli sauce, fresh coriander in a bowl and mix to combine.
