Mini Thai Pork Sausage Rolls

Ingredients (makes 24)
- 500g lean pork mince,
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 sheets frozen canola puff pastry, thawed and halved lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons low or reduced fat milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 200’C.
- Put the pork mince, breadcrumbs, cumin, ground coriander, sweet chilli sauce, fresh coriander in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Spread one quarter of the mixture along one edge of one thawed sheet of pastry and roll up to conceal the filling. Repeat with the remaining filling …
